THE RICHARDS GROUP ANNOUNCES ACQUISITION OF HOLDEN INSURANCE.
(Brattleboro VT) Holden Insurance announced today that the firm has been acquired by The Richards Group of Brattleboro. The deal was effective January 1, 2017. The entire Holden staff will remain at their current locations in Rutland and Middlebury and will continue to operate under the name Holden Insurance. Holden Insurance said in a statement that the partnership with The Richards Group will benefit clients by ensuring that decisions and service remain local for years to come.
